Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I can't speak highly enough of Biotech. They went out of their way to help me yesterday when my heating broke down. They came out so quickly and my heating mended. My circumstances at home are quite challenging and they understood. Thank you the two Wayne's and the owner.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Wayne, l want to say a super thanks to you. My boiler was not suppling heating or hot water and it was a Sunday morning to go to church and you picked the phone to give me instructions on what to do. No trade person will do that without first charging you for the call. God bless you Wayne and thanks to your team.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had an unexpected issue with our boiler late at night, and despite the hour, Wayne was incredibly patient, supportive, and ready to help. He took our call, calmly talked us through the steps, and ensured we were able to get both heating and hot water restored that same night. His professionalism and kindness truly made a stressful situation so much easier. Thank you, Wayne — your dedication and exceptional customer care are deeply appreciated.
